Who resolved the case without proper resolution? Why does Flipkart trying to sell defective products to its customers? I observed this again and again that Flipkart shipping defective products to rural areas. Why are you harassing the customers?

I raised a return request for the JBL speaker & technician found the issue. he asked me to reach out to Flipkart with this screenshot to get return processed. I called CS team, told them about this but there was no action taken #ceoescalation

instead the return request was closed. Today I called back again and now they raised another return request. What the hell is going on. In this screenshot you can clearly see the issue was identified and not resolved. Why the return was rejected?

It's been 50+ days since technician visit. How come u aren't able to procure the part in 50 days? If u r not able procure the spare Y don't u replace the entire unit? When stocks are available to sell online Y don't u replace the defective units of existing customers? @PeteLau
