Appeal against the earlier order of High Court has been admitted by Division Bench of High Court.ICAI has been directed by the court to produce all record of how moderation took place and record of result preparation.HC rejected submission of ICAI that this is confidential.

ICAI registered as NPO but fails 5849 students who was already declare pass just because of 75 lacs as fund requirements.
Collection fee for re appearing exam is 5849×1800=10528200 and 30 lacs expense for exam conducting,in net surplus of 75 lacs.
