@wonderchef Such delays and false commitments reflect a lack of seriousness towards customer service. I trusted Wonderchef as a brand, but the experience I have received has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Amazon delivery agents never deliver the product to the customers in time nor they calls the customers and mark it as rejected by the customers and return the product with out attempting the delivery. I didn't except such services from a reputed orgination like Amazon.
I just want to ask care health insurance that what type of service is they giving to their customers . I think that once you purchase an insurance from them that are least bother to serve them. Such a pity on them I am thinking of changing them to some other health insurance .

Now they are calling and telling me that they will disconnect my number from airtel to which I have ported. How can I pay the amount they tell to which they have not provided me any bill. This is one type of mental harassment they are giving me.
I had ported my number from vodafone to airtel after paying all my pending dues and now after one month porting from vodafone they are harassing me by continually calling me to pay the outstanding amount which I have paid at the time of porting.

What a horrible service I am getting by Singer company. Since last one week I am trying to purchase needles for my sewing machine but there is no response from their customer care nor their purchase team they never reply to your calls.
