Official statement: The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier , and those who he represents, plus the War Memorial above him are sacred ground. Treat it that way. We ask that his resting place be left alone, and left with the reverence one would expect for our fallen soldiers.
Friends, it's been a difficult 24 hours. Staff harassed for meals. A service user and security guard assaulted. Through it all, you have donated and filled our hearts with gratitude. Every cent will support people experiencing homelessness. Thank you. See our statement ⬇️
7 years ago today, I was dancing the night away in your arms. I love that we still do it sometimes, for no particular reasons! Love you so much Forrest Pass! Happy anniversary! https://t.co/n5aQC7vP8z
@CBCOttawa Same problem here. Marie Sylvie Manon Labelle. Manon is my real first name but all my Ontario IDs say Marie. Once at the border the officer asked my husband how long he knew "Marie". He was a little bit perplex and I had to explain the whole French-Canadian naming thing to him!
