@SingaporeAir Hi, I last contacted your teams on Tuesday 15 August and their update was that my case was under review and they had no timeframe to give me. When I lodged the claim, I was told I would get a response within 10 days. It's been 6 weeks.

@SingaporeAir Yes, it was lodged on the day I arrived. I've lodged a claim for refund but despite calling your call center numerous times, nodoby is able to help or give any information. 1,5 months with no pram and a baby, I need it to be sorted out ASAP!!
