We have a leaking toilet & have required to turn the water off until the plumber attends this afternoon. We’ve relocated the children to a spare room in the Y1 block. Please collect your child at the end of the day from the gate at the front of the school nearest St Mary’s.

The EYC children enjoyed a visit from the life bus @Life_Ed_WTV this afternoon. We learnt about the different parts of our bodies and how to look after ourselves. We even got to meet Harold the giraffe 🦒

Wednesday was World Ocean Day.🐳🐋 So this week we have been looking at different ocean animals, where they live and how we can protect them.🦭🐠🦈🐙🦀.

This week the children have thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the Queen's Jubilee. We have looked at pictures and talked about the Queen and London. We have enjoyed various activities, looking at the colours red white and blue, making crowns 👑, flags and baking.

Today we enjoyed the sunshine what a glorious day! Water play, reading books in the shade and playing with diggers in the soil. So much fun.

Our topic this week is "Teddy bear picnic". We have so much fun dancing to 🧸 songs, listening to Teddy stories and going on our own Teddy bears picnic with our🐻. We also made our own Teddy bears using craft materials and paper plates.

Today we had the best day at preschool.
Our last day of term party.! We enjoyed decorating our party hats , eating party food , party games, having a boogie with our friends in the dark and much more. 🥳🕺💃

Today was an exciting day. We got to meet the little chick's 🐣 in the main school. We were all "egg"static about meeting the cute fluffy chick's. The children were quiet so not to scare them and enjoyed thinking of names they could call them. "Chicky" was the favourite name. 🥰

This week we have been having so much fun doing lots of "egg"citing easter activities. We've made our own baskets for our own easter egg hunt, tried hot Cross buns, made & painted saltdough decorations, made easter chick cards,hopped like bunnies & made rice crispy cakes 🐣🐇
