Manor PD has arrested the suspect Juan Acuma-Goana for the killing of 19 year old Luis Frias-Hernandez in the Walmart parking lot in the early morning hours of today, December 14th.
Acuna-Goana has been charged with 1st Degree Felony Murder.

The Manor PD is on scene of a shooting in the parking lot of Walmart located at 11923 HWY 290. 1 male victim was located deceased w/ multiple gunshot wounds. At this time investigators believe this is an isolated incident and there is no risk to the public. Media = parking lot.
