Straight-up loot, honestly. My first-ever booking with @rapidobikeapp turned into a complete disaster.
Me and my sister were heading for her CUET exam, and the driver kept insisting that he was “arriving soon,” making us wait nearly 20 minutes at the pickup point.

It caused unnecessary stress and panic, fearing we wouldn’t reach the exam on time.
The driver barely knew how to navigate or use the map properly and kept taking wrong routes throughout the trip. He even made me pay ₹250 for tolls and charged extra.@rapidobikeapp
