ज्ञात हो कि राज्य के अनुसूचित/गैर अनुसूचित जिलों के पदों पर नियुक्तियों में संबंधित जिले के स्थानीय निवासियों को एवं राज्यस्तरीय वर्ग 3 व वर्ग 4 के पदों पर नियुक्तियों में स्थानीय निवासियों को प्राथमिकता देने सबंधी अधिसूचना को याचिका दायर कर चुनौती दी गई थी।

हाई स्कूल शिक्षकों की 13 जिलों में नियुक्ति की समाप्ति को लेकर झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा दिये गए निर्णय के विरुद्ध पुनर्विचार याचिका या उच्चत्तम न्यायालय में इस निर्णय के स्टे हेतु जल्द निर्णय ले..अजीविका खतरे में है।
