@AdanmaEke In amongst these fake responses this happened to me recently. The only way I managed to do it was I became meta verified through my Facebook (luckily wasn't linked to instagram). Then you can speak to an actual person. They checked my profile and reverse the decision!

@CazooUK you arranged my car to go into FixAuto Dagenham to fix damage and was told repairs would be done in 3 days. Almost 2 weeks later my car is sitting there & they tell me Cazoo haven't even approved it! And no one is chasing apart from me!! Diagraceful aftercare - sort it!

@KevRoome1 @CazooUK Having the same issue. Car went in for repairs to fix imperfections not listed. Cazoo organised my car to go in FixAuto Dagenham and my car has been sitting there for 2 weeks as they are awaiting approval from Cazoo, even though Cazoo organised it and spent hours on end chasing
