Mansfield Spring Hall of Fame banquet on Sat. May 16th! Roger Buck ('45) will be inducted for baseball & his wife Muriel ('46) will accept the award on his behalf along with his son Bruce!Roger & Bruce are the only father/son baseball captains in the history of the Naval Academy!

Please welcome Roger Buck ('45) to the Mansfield All-Sports Hall of Fame for Baseball! Roger was an outstanding player & Class Valedictorian before heading to the US Naval Academy where he played 4 yrs & was Team Captain! He then served in the Navy for 26 yrs as a ship commander!

Please welcome Kerry Taylor ('95) to the Mansfield All-Sports Hall of Fame for Track & Field (and he was previously inducted for football)! Kerry was a 3-yr Hockomock/Sun Chronicle All-Star, Team MVP, held the Triple Jump record for 20 yrs and he scored 435.5 pts (school record)!

Despite missing a few games on defense this year Mason Bordieri finishes his career with 171 tackles placing him 8th on the Hornet Career list just behind Zack Schafer at 172. Mason also had 677 yds rushing and 326 yds receiving this season on offense with 10 TD’s!

Another great year for Hockomock League Football! Four teams in the Final 4 (NA, Foxboro, KP & Canton) & two teams eliminated by league teams (Mansfield/Milford) & Franklin/Taunton gave highly seeded teams in Div. 1 all they could handle in first round! Good luck this weekend!
