I booked a @rapidobikeapp [23.Jan.2025] at approximately 11:30 pm. Unfortunately, the ride was cut short when the rider dropped me off in the middle of the road because I refused to take a shortcut through a narrow alley (gali).

Moreover, he followed me and pressured me to cancel the ride, even after I informed him that my phone battery was dead.

I felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout this experience. As a paying customer, I expect a safe and respectful ride.
