@Ustaz_ji@rajansmart Yes, they had told in earlier concalls that they would not dilute their stake. In upcoming Q2 result concall, we need to wait for their reply.
There can be huge institutional demand, so they might have done that.
But, management reply is pertinent.
E2E Networks Q2 FY27: Amazing Numbers. Had told, Data centre capex is 100x as highlighted by Netweb MD Mr. Sanjay Lodha in recent AGM.
E2E Q2 FY27 Highlights (YoY):
• Revenue: ₹224 Cr, up 411%
• Operating Profit: ₹172 Cr, up 853%
• EPS: ₹3.5 vs (0.67)
At CMP of Rs 700, new Trailing Twelve Month P/E of E2E 124.
First of all please don't say sir, we here are co-learning.
Now coming to your question.
According to me, Q2 revenue of revenue would be 1000 crores on conservative basis.
But more important is future growth trajectory.
As of Q 1 orders & pipeline
Order book + L1 = Rs 3300 Crores
Pipeline = Rs 10,000 Crores
Management have guided 60% of pipeline conversion.
So, total possible orders= 3,300 +6,000 = Rs 9,300 Crores
Now if we assume Q2 revenue of rs 1k crore and Q3-4 revenue to be 1,200 crores each
Total FY revenue = 820+1000 +1,200+1,200 = 4,220
So, out of total possible orders if we minus q2, q3 and Q4 revenues= 9,300- 3400 = Rs 5,900 crores
Now again most important aspect that need to be looked in Netweb results is not Topline/Revenue rather Pipeline growth & Order book.
Because, as I had said market give premiums for stocks whose revenue growth can be predicted for next 3 years.
So, I would be looking for Pipeline going from 10k crores to 12 cores or some what like that trajectory.
Again reiterating, these are my opinion and humbly say I have full right to be wrong . Please do ur own research and ask ur financial advisor.
E2E had run up pre result so some profit booking.
On fundamental trailing P/e analysis.
The trailing twelve month current P/E is 124. If next 2 quarters also atleast similar results as considering substantial data centre demand, the forward p/e based on whole FY 27 results would be 60-65.
So, stock can run up 50-100% from this level.
The only concern in today’s concall was that management didn't gave any future guidance. Remember market gave premiums to stocks whose top line growths can be sustainable for next 3 years.
So, conservative with above 50-100% run up, as of now.
This is my opinion and I am full right to be wrong. Please do ur own research or ask ur financial advisor.
@rajansmart Market takes time to react. Also, today's management commentary is important about GPU utilization and overall growth trend for the upside.
Recently, participated in the Esconet Technologies AGM. Management guided stable margins and CEO categorically stated positive surprise in results this Q2.
Multibagger in the making.🤞
Below is the youtube link of latest AGM concall. Me asking questions to the management on margins [Time stamp 33.30 min to 36 mins].

@beingankitkoul Post Q2 results of netweb, according to me Netweb should trade between Rs 5,500 -6,200. But, market being sporadic, I have full right to be wrong.
Netweb again giving buying opportunity at this CMP.
Short term, volatility in US AI companies can be an issue.
But, Netweb being almost Debt free and data centre capex being 100x [as categorically mentioned by MD of Netweb Mr. SANJAY Lodha in recent AGM ] provide a great opportunity for huge upside.
First big target: 5 digits
As per speculations, LTCG could be removed but holding duration of stocks to be eligible can be increased to either 2 or 3 years.
If true, good for long term investing and would spur stability and much provided spite in the Indian market.
