As a Faith & Belief community partner of the @scotgov The @ScottishHinduF was not consulted or aware of it before Motion S7M-00317 was lodged. No faith community should face motions about them without dialogue first. Our mandirs are open to all. Caste as a rigid system is a colonial construct, not Scottish Hindu reality.
We warmly invite @QManivannan & @ScottishGreens and any others who want to discuss this to meet us before this proceeds.
Speak with us, not about us. 🙏 #ScottishParliament #ScottishHindus #FaithAndBelief #S7M00317
📢 🚨 *URGENT PROTEST: Stand Against the Persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh*
🗓️ Saturday, 27th December
⏱️ 2:00 PM
📍 Bangladesh High Commission, 28 Queen’s Gate, London, SW7 5JA
Nearest Stations: Gloucester Road and South Kensington
Heartfelt thanks to the Hindu community for the warm welcome to the Glasgow Mandir today. It is so important we work together to create cohesive communities and I will always do so.
Diwali is a time of celebration, where light triumphs over darkness.
However, Hindu's in Bangladesh will not be celebrating. They face persecution, violence, and the destruction of their temples and homes.
I’ve called on the Govt to take action on this.
Will you be watching the India–Pakistan cricket match today, given the backdrop of another Pak sponsored terror attack in Pahalgam, Operation Sindoor, and Pak’s continued anti-India agenda?

With this outstanding logic!
- Nehru became Prime Minister of India despite getting 1 vote Vs 14 Vote to Patel!
- Daughter of Nehru, Indira Gandhi became De-facto PM of India 1966.
- Sanjay Gandhi considered himself as PM right after Indira Gandhi and was killed, his wife & child were thrown out.
- Rajiv Gandhi son of Indira, became PM right after Indira in 1984. Rajiv Gandhi gets killed in 1991 & Sonia (Antonio Maino Becomes leader of the party)
- Priyanka Gandhi gets married to Robert Vadra and then sister & brother in law of Robert Vadra gets killed!
- 2004 Congress Wins, Sonia Gandhi tries to become PM but due to her citizenship of Italy, she could not take Oath so puppet PM MMS was made PM.
- Sonia forms NAC (National Advisory Commission) on top of PMO and runs the country as per her for next 10 years!
- Now ever since 2014, by Default Rahul Gandhi is considered the PM candidate though he has not even administered any small office yet!!
Why is it one family has so many exceptions?
Is it coincidence??
So sad to hear the loss of a great Woman leader - Pramila Tai Medhe. I am so privileged to receive blessings from Respected Pramila Tai Medhe, Pramukh Sanchalika and one of Founders of Rashtra Sevika Samiti (Women wing of RSS) at her residence in Nagpur in 2023. It was a great honour to meet her. This great moment spent with her gave my life a new direction. She blessed me with 3 core principles of life - Universal Motherhood, Social Responsibility and Leadership. She shared her thoughts about social consciousness and self-awareness and spiritual power. She made me aware of the core values of Rashtra Sevika Samiti. I witnessed the core values at her residence when the Rashtra sevikas exhibited the trained core values through the Rashtra geet which depicted the nature and nurture of humanity within the community which is all for the welfare of family, community and society. We will miss her forever.... Om Shanti Om🙏🙏

The Telegraph hosts the Hindu Civilisation Exhibition at its London office
History was made on Tuesday 29th July 2025, where one of Britain’s major national newspapers, The Daily Telegraph organised an incredible Hindu Civilisation Exhibition at its London office, taking staff on a journey through 10,000 years of history and cultural achievements.
From learning about the traditional “namaste” greeting to discovering how Hindu civilisation gave the world fundamental mathematical concepts, the exhibition highlighted contributions in science, medicine, arts, and spirituality. It explored the rich diversity of religions - Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism - all rooted in this ancient civilisation.
The interactive elements made it extra special: friendly carom board competitions, beautiful mehndi art and delicious traditional snacks with authentic masala chai.
Thank you @Telegraph
