@MuscleBlaze I wasn’t aware that you’ve started making false 1-day delivery promises, only for your support team to then ask customers to wait 3 business days for the same “1-day” delivery of product.

2. ORM Team - Reaches out and if the customer can't answer tells to reach out to support team.
3. Support team - Tells to drop an email.

Even before getting a card I'm disappointed! Not sure the kind of support that will be provided later.
I've applied for OneCard, but for past 2 days when I open app it says "They're moderating and get back on next steps" does it take sop long to issue a credit card?
I tried reaching out to customer support but they say check our website and app. Very disappointed!
