@getspykked I have rented a powerbank and had a issue and raised a query. It's been 2 days now, not even a single response till now. Is this the kind of response do a customer get from your end.
Ordered a phone on Amazon, got a Soap instead. Had raised a complaint with @amazonIN customer care. After a 5 day enquiry which went on for 15 days wasting my time,now they say that I won't be getting a replacement or refund for no fault of mine. #amazon@DoC_GoI

@AmazonHelp . Received an order today of samsung m32. But received a soap instead. What is happening with Amazon. If I complain they are telling to wait for 5 days. Is this the service you are providing. Very bad. I am not guarentee about the 16000₹ now.
