Nice to see MP @raghav_chadha ji speaking on behalf of all of us to make LTCG ZERO for Individual Investors.

We need more such voices.

But I disagree to certain things. Let me explain to FM Madam @nsitharaman ji in my style.

- F&O would not go down even if STT is higher. Just like cigarette sales do not go down when prices increase. We need to find a better fix for curbing speculation. Create criteria for F&O participation. F&O was created for hedging purpose mainly for hedge funds, but today, everyone is playing for quick money. Find ways of not allowing retail to participate, that will be a better way, in my opinion. Have criteria, maybe based on networth, income etc. Smart ways can be explored.

- To really Incentivise long term investing, I propose that you keep LTCG as 12.5% for 1 year to 2 years.
Above 2 years, make LTCG ZERO. In this way, you would really encourage long term investing mindset. Even if you make LTCG ZERO more than 1 year, it will be a welcome move only.

I appreciate MP Raghav ji for being a powerful sane voice for all of us.

This video needs to become viral for sure.

I am hoping that on Feb 1st 2026 Budget, you will:

- Abolish STT (we don't want double taxation)
- STCG at 15% if sold within 1 year
- LTCG at 10% if sold within 2 years
- ZERO LTCG if held for more than 2 years 🔥🔥🔥
- Capital gains up-to 12 Lakh included in Section 87A Rebate

Reward Long Term Investors. Keep it Simple 👍

Dear Jio, Airtel,

It is a Duopoly, Unfortunately. BSNL is trying hard to get some good plans. But their slow service has led to a Duopoly in India. Most towers are with both of you now.

On behalf of all of us, I have two Suggestions:

- Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan.

- Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it.

There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide.

Urging my audience to repost this (if you also feel this way) until @JioCare & @Airtel_Presence ACTUALLY Cares 👍

1.⁠ ⁠Tax consumption if you must, but 𝗻𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Patient 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱, not penalised.

2.⁠ ⁠⁠⁠⁠𝗚𝗦𝗧 𝟮.𝟬 is a landmark reform but without complete pass-through it remains an 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺

3.⁠ ⁠Need for a be-spoke 𝗧𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹 and regulatory sandbox to enable fractionalized ownership of digital tokens 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆.

My suggestions to FM Madam @nsitharaman ji

- Tax Consumption (already done with GST)
- Keep STT as it is. Rework on STCG and LTCG to avoid double taxation.
- Incentivise Investors with ZERO LTCG if equity investment held over 2 years. This needs to be seriously considered.
- Fix LTCG at 10% if less than 2 years and STCG at 15%.
- If above is done, indexation is not needed.

Hope Indian Investors will be Incentivised for Long Term Investing.

- Make Investing Lucrative for Investors by Rewarding us with Reduced LTCG or Zero LTCG after 2 years
- Take STT but Remove/Reduce Capital Gain Tax 👍 No sense paying both
- Increase Tax Slabs further. Anyway, we are all paying GST for our consumption.

Let people get benefit of Investments & Insurance in New Regime as well. Incentivise Investors.

I strongly feel that the Government should only take:

- Income Tax
- GST
- Only STT (for equities)
- Only Stamp Duty & Regn (for Real Estate)

Let people enjoy their Short or Long Term Capital Gain or Loss FULLY. Dividends should not be taxed.

Take tax on every Transaction but not on the effort put to make a Profit or Loss 👍 Double Taxation is anyway not ok.
