@ViCustomerCare When someone commits a mistake should he be penalised or someone else. So when VI delivered a faulty sim at my doorstep why should I go out in 43 degrees heat to get their mistake corrected and risk a heatstroke. Because of VI's incompetence I am losing a ~8 year old number.
