Many times throughout my career I have been used to do the work for incompetent women while being kept behind professionally. Not all women move ahead professionally or are able to remain employed just because they’re women. It is the progressives who are favoured above all the others. They are not just discriminating against men but against competent women as well. And I can confirm that working in retail management is exactly like this. Lots of trouble and not much valuable work. There are unbelievable levels of corruption and fraud in workplaces.
