There has never been — and will never be — any “secret deal”. With anyone.

The DSA provides X (and any large platform) with the possibility to offer commitments to settle a case.

To be extra clear: it’s *YOUR* team who asked the Commission to explain the process for settlement and to clarify our concerns.

We did it in line with established regulatory procedures. Up to you to decide whether to offer commitments or not. That is how rule of law procedures work.

@DB_Bahn Die Kollegen nennen es eine "automatische Stornierung wegen einer technischen Buchungsstörung", aber halt 30 Minuten nach dem Onlinekauf, Ticket in der App angezeigt und Abbuchung per Kreditkarte. Und ich schon im Zug. Mein Vertrauen in die #DBApp ist nachhaltig erschüttert! 🤣🙈

@DB_Bahn It's the Same Account Same Credit Card I am using since years and it was cancelled 30 Minutes after I started my journey. I boarded the train with a valid Ticket, paid for it, you Guys cancelled it, and I have to pay a 386.60 EUR fine now? Wow.. @DB_Bahn

@DB_Bahn Your colleagues just hang up on me and told me they can't help me. Apparently it happens that @DB_Bahn cancels Tickets after purchasing? Even after showing the Ticket in the App? Sorry, but this is insane.

The conductor threatened to Call the Police if I didn't accept the fine, 386,60 EUR, plus the actual Ticket, because the "refund" didn't come up to now. And since nearly 24 hours no response from @DB_Bahn (Bearbeitungsnummer: 7703598). I guess that's 'Mehr Bahn für ALLE'?🙈 (4/4)

apparently for 5 Hours, because we were close to Munich, and cancelled the Ticket on purpose, which, again, is a technical impossibility after starting a journey, esp. with a Full refund (it was so ganz obviously a technical error!). Long Story short.. (3/4)

@lawen4cer Sie leben schon irgendwie in einer Paralellwelt. Alles was für Otto-Normal-Bürger relevant ist, ist schlecht in Deutschland. Inflation bei Lebensmittel und Energie, Arbeitslosigkeit hoch trotz Millionen prejär Beschäftigten. Wirtsch. ist D. für Kapital Top nicht für Menschen.
