@irefari 💯de acuerdo, es un problema meramente cultural y no se puede apreciar lo malo que es si no se a viajado a otros países donde el servicio al cliente es 👌. X eso en @iGeniusCR decidimos aplicar prácticas basadas en el servicio al cliente gringo el cual en mi opinión es el mejor.

@srmtraining Funny thing is that in nearly all this 20 years you have made almost 0 improvements to your product and the competition at lower prices have improved a lot and halve that time.

After using @srmtraining for close to 20 years I'm moving on to a better Power Meter, one I can replace the battery easily and not have to pay $200+Shipping and be without Power for over a month every 2 years and have to deal with terrible customer service.

Not sure if they realize thar they are no longer the only game in town, there are cheaper and better options out there, in fact nearly all of then are better than @srmtraining good product, but too expensive for today's market and worse of all your customer service sucks.
