@DevteamL I feel like this applies to every seniority as of late sadly. 90% of rejections I get are because of visa and I have 5 years of experience. Several friends are experiencing the same thing.
@GameLevelDesign what would you say is the best between them when it comes to "painting" the blockout? That is, to not replace the blockout geo and instead texture it for a quick art pass in personal or smaller projects.
Shoutout to @_Okom for ripping my 8v8 Reactor Site blockout from the Halo Infinite Forge UGC tools into Blender. I'm doing a big update on my portfolio and I love being able to present my maps in this light.
A snapshot of the maps I made in @Halo Infinite's Forge UGC tools. There's a mix of fancy blockouts and a couple arted maps across 4v4 Arena, 8v8 Squad, and Firefight PVE.
Making maps in Blender with OmniStep is pretty fun. Here's a wip video of Fractured Rosie prototype blockout before diving into @Splitgate's the Lab UGC editor.
For the last 7 months I've been working on a pretty long video essay on one of my favorite single-player levels of this year. I wanted to scratch my itch of talking about level design and some memes too! Here is the result: https://t.co/evZbApX5dn
