Too much talk about Bruno Fernandes again, blah blah blah.
I know what I see. For me, he is the best player Manchester United have had since Sir Alex Ferguson left. Not even particularly close.
And honestly, I don't care what anyone thinks about him anymore. I don't care if you think he's too wasteful, too emotional, gives the ball away too much, whatever. You're entitled to your opinion. It just doesn't change mine in the slightest.
I've watched this guy turn up week after week, play through everything, create something out of absolutely nothing and carry ridiculous responsibility for this club for years.
He wants the ball. He wants the responsibility. He wants to decide games. Even when things are going badly, he never disappears. He still wants it. That's what I want from a Manchester United player.
I wouldn't swap him for anyone when it comes to leading this team. Every single matchweek, I want Bruno Fernandes walking out first, wearing the armband, dragging everyone else with him.
He's my favourite post-Fergie United player by a mile. And I genuinely think we'll look back one day and realise we had an absolute all-timer playing for us.
You can say whatever you want about Bruno. I really couldn't care less.
Bruno fucking Fernandes. That's my captain.
Whoever abandons their pet in Dubai or wherever and leaves the country: I have nothing but disgust for you.
If you can cowardly abandon an animal that depends entirely on you, you should never be allowed to have pets again.
I genuinely hope every single person who does this gets banned for life from ever entering the UAE again.
Typically a player who provides Bruno’s output comes with a lot of demands. Usually they are your best player, demanding certain position on the pitch, not tracking back all game to conserve energy, demanding to plan the pressing scheme to their low work rate etc. Bruno is different.
Bruno Fernandes is an absolute unicorn. Don’t think any midfielder is ahead of him for output. Yet, he works his socks off on the pitch. He would be making 60 yard runs back in the 85th minute to stop counter attacks. Then making another lung bursting run in the 90th minute to finish one of our counter attacks. Man is an absolute machine. Mostly injury free while his work rate is amongst the best in the whole league.
In addition to that, read about his off pitch behavior, and you will find that he is the perfect leader and ambassador for the club. Guides every young player. Players keep on talking about him even after leaving the club. Friends with many senior players. Helps the club affairs off the pitch as well. I don’t even know how he has this much time on his hands to be honest.
Absolutely one of a kind, @B_Fernandes8. One of the best players in United history. One of the best captains United have ever had. One of the best players of his generation. Football royalty for me.
723 Avenue is more than a project to me - it’s a dream we’ve poured our heart and soul into. This project represents years of passion, vision and hard work. Seeing the excitement build up as the project nears completion means the world.
The best is yet to come. #Wadhwa723Avenue
Wadhwa 723 Avenue, 70 meter +, 3B+G+14 floor, 2 lakh Sq. Ft. BUA, IGBC Certified, office spaces at upper level with retail and restaurants at lower levels development on 0.5 acres land parcel at Andheri, MUMBAI. Architect: BSA. Promoter: HCLLP. Status: U/C. Completion: 2026.
It’s almost a miracle that a project as complex as Mumbai Metro Line-3 ( which had to tunnel through the very belly of one of the world’s most congested cities) is set to be inaugurated in its entirety.
Seeing how even relatively simple flyover or underpass projects in my city take forever, one can truly appreciate what Mumbai has achieved.
The metro project had to navigate relentless resistance: environmental protests over Aarey, legal battles over felling even a single tree, objections from the Parsi community near heritage fire temples, and strict court-mandated limits on night-time construction.
Adding to this are Mumbai’s unique urban realities. Its streets double as homes and workplaces for thousands, cramped spaces packed with dense underground utilities, and layers of heritage structures. All of this make every metre of progress a logistical and legal minefield. That tunnelling machines have inched forward through this maze is a remarkable feat of engineering and persistence.
Roger Federer’s Commencement Address at Dartmouth yesterday might be the best speech he’s ever given.
Amazingly articulate, funny, full of wisdom. Made me laugh and tear up. I’m so very proud to have had him as my idol for the past two decades.
If you have 25 minutes to spare…
Buildings shape our environment and impact city image, social wellbeing, economics. Distinctive, iconic buildings like Burj Khalifa impact their surroundings. Building regulations in Mumbai prevent such landmarks. Iconic landmarks add aesthetic and attract revenue and tourists.

Everyone has their story and circumstances - for you to undermine someone without knowing the intricacies is highly immature. (4)
@debarghya_das ideas from the get go. Your tweet completely ignores the effort and struggle required to change mindsets of people who have been at the helm of the business and convincing them to reconsider their approach.
