@KFC_UKI worst customer service ever at #Bracknell restaurant. Asked for decaf coffee and it took 3 people to not understand what decaf mean and another to very rudely tell me you don’t do decaf 🤦���‍♀️. 3 people working on 1 coffee machine swearing at each other trying to make latte
