@rikhi_saurav @VFSGlobal You have to apply to @CitImmCanada online and then IRCC will approve the application after that they will request for passport submission through @VFSGlobal. Upon request of passport @VFSGlobal shows there delinquency for picking up passport.

@rikhi_saurav I had same issue. @VFSGlobal sucks really bad. They hold you for no reasons amd delay your processing with ircc.
