@Whitney_Sheph Adequate amount. Buyers usually haven't arrived at a target by that point and in any case DD could reveal a reason for the target to be bigger or smaller

And only a fraction is truly malicious. Mostly it's just people saying recklessly untrue, but material things and hoping for the best.
@Yemen___8_9_18 @VintageTom2 @haaffinstaaff@imtheox@Snowden@anshelsag I think what he did was heroic. All that heroism ended shortly after he became a mouthpiece for the Kremlin.
Like wtf does he care about Ukraine? Is he really convinced his Russian patrons are doing good things over there?

While meanwhile the former president and frontrunner GOP candidate is actually being sued for fraud in his home state ๐คฃ
@Cryptostonkert1 @BryanHart_ @AkunaPawa @WatcherGuru The merger agreement? Bro lemme assure you, the merger agreement does not set him up as the "owner" of Twitter.
He bought a majority of the shares. He had co-investors on that. He voted his shares to make him the sole director and CEO. He's def the CEO
@Cryptostonkert1 @BryanHart_ @AkunaPawa @WatcherGuru He is the majority shareholder. That's not the same as an owner. He's also a director. He has duties to his other shareholders under the law. Those duties apply regardless of whether the company is publicly traded or not.
@Cryptostonkert1 @BryanHart_ @AkunaPawa @WatcherGuru He's the CEO and sole board member...
Neither of them should have done that, but it's (further) proof that Elon sucks at running Twitter.
