Common hawker is locally common for us in the right habitats (plantations, moorland pools etc). Ch was listed in the recent state of dragonflies report as one of the few dragonflies in decline in uk so we need to keep an eye on them

In fact I've been on more reserves where people's kids were making way more noise than a dog ever has. Without people engaging in wildlife there isn't any funds to protect it, that includes money from dog owners.
