@parulkanwar @airindia Air India hasn’t changed. Had a similar experience in 2020 while I was assisting a senior citizen fellow passenger. Despite pre-booking a wheelchair, staff kept pushing us to the next counter. She had to struggle through the airport until I made a scene to get assistance.

The immigration here in India still denied me boarding the flight. Please take a step to solve the problem faced by several intl. students including me

I need a quick response. I am being denied boarding by the @airindiain staff Delhi airport who are clearly not following the IRCC guildelines for travel restrictions.I am clearly exempted. But people here DO NOT KNOW THE RULES!Furious and disappointed!

@AAI_Official There is a lot of confusion if students can board the @airindiain flight to Frankfurt and then @AirCanada to Toronto. I am exempted from the Travel restrictions to Canada. Will the airport authorities let me board? I can send my authorized documents if required.

There are no flights to Canada in Phase 5 schedule. Ironically, there are charter flights available almost everyday. Is it because there’s no price cap on them?
