Today, on the eve of Pokrova – the Day of Defenders of Ukraine – it is an honor for me to be here, to present you with state awards and, of course, to thank all of you for defending our country and protecting it, for holding the front firmly, and for carrying out our active operations. In the fifth year of the full-scale war, Russia looks very different on the front from what it wanted to look – and this is solely thanks to you, thanks to the determination of our troops, the training of our warriors, and the well-planned operations of our army – of Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces.

We are doing everything to defend our state. We strike back at the aggressor. We are developing new weapons and fighting for new support from our partners. But all of this holds because the front is strong, because it has not been broken, because our corps and brigades are active and strong, and because our people are fighting for Ukraine. I want to thank you for your courage, for your skill. Thank you for Ukraine. And, of course, we always honor the fallen heroes of our state, whose courage and bravery gave us the chance to live and preserved our state.

У Московському регіоні цієї ночі дуже відчутно спрацювали наші далекобійні відповіді. Є ураження одного з ключових підприємств нафтової промисловості РФ та обʼєкта логістики агресора. Це мільярди доларів, які підтримують воєнну машину. Працювали, зокрема, FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, «Паляниця», Vendetta, «Лютий», «Барс», «Фламінго», «Січень», Pelican.

Дякую нашим воїнам за влучність: СБУ разом із СБС, ССО, ГУР і СЗР. Було також застосовано санкції по підприємству у Воронезькому регіоні. Москва повинна не будувати ешелоновані кільця ППО за рахунок інших регіонів, а завершити свою жорстоку війну й обрати мир. Є на столі кроки для деескалації: в енергетиці, продовольчій безпеці. Потрібна політична воля. Дякую всім, хто посилює українську далекобійність. Вдячний кожному, хто доповнює наші далекобійні відповіді відповідями санкційними. Слава Україні!

When the city was liberated, 22-year-old “Barni” made a choice: she would not just watch the war from the sidelines.
In February 2023, she volunteered for Ukraine’s Armed Forces🇺🇦

She wanted to fight.

This brave woman became a Ukrainian Marine, then an FPV drone operator and crew commander with the 38th Separate Marine Brigade.

She fought on the frontline, including around Myrnohrad.

Later In 2026, this determined servicewoman received the Order “For Courage,” 3rd Class.
