The narrative that Stefanski mishandled Shedeur is just ridiculous at this point. We all saw him against Carolina, he was not ready. Kevin had private film sessions with him everyday and you could see his improvements week by week when he was playing. Dumbass

With the hiring of Todd Monken, it tells me a lot. There’s someone with power in the Cleveland Browns organization who believes their franchise QB is already in the building. It suggests that Kevin Stefanski’s firing may have been solely due to his mishandling of Shedeur Sanders. They hired Monken because of his extensive experience coaching strong offenses and his ability to develop a QB. Haters won’t like it or think he deserves it, but the Browns are getting ready to build around #12.
