No question, Kyle is having the worst struggles of his career. He’s slashing .186/.268/.244. He has one homer and is at a -0.7 WAR.
These struggles happen to a lot of players. It’s just highlighted more when it’s the beginning of a season.
He’ll figure it out!!!
Sports Illustrated, after last season, about Kyle: "He's got the power, he's got the potential and he's got the intensity... These are all very promising for a power-hitter like Manzardo that can take over and change the game in a singular at-bat."
As the X account who follows Kyle Manzardo, one of the Inland Northwest's best MLBers, we're qualified to answer this question. We say No. 3, and, like a Manzo homer, it's a no-doubter. #GoSonics#GoCougs#GuardsBall
So the @SeattleSonics take the floor in 2028-2029...
Which logo you wanna see at half court and on those unis?
(Thanks for the stickers @simplyseattle )
The measure of a batter's plate patience is their walk rate (bb%). The best batters will have levels of more than 10%. Those with poor plate patience will have levels of 5% or less.
The last two seasons, Manzo has been at 10% and 9%. He is a patient hitter who knows the zone.
Tomorrow Italy 🇮🇹 plays Venezuela 🇻🇪 in the WBC. Did you know that, in addition to Team USA, in the future, Manzo COULD play for Italy? He could also play for Argentina. Lots of options.
