Day 10 of trying to get an answer out of @googlefi. Trying to chat ends with them telling me to email. No answer via email, either.
I pay for coverage. I just want my phone fixed. Guess that's too much to ask.
Tried using chat to resolve my issue, but was told to use email ... so six days later, still waiting on a replacement device on @googlefi
I'll bet next month's phone bill some rep will email back asking for the same info I've already provided.
If you've ever considered using @googlefi, don't.
