We like the secret handshake thing😄 @bikepackingcom :
“Oh, you know MapOut too?” You do the secret handshake and give each other the knowing eye.

Yesterday we reached 1 TB (that is 1000 GB) of downloaded map data in a single day 😅 - I know, we provoked it a bit by hinting in the MapOut update description that you should update the map for the house numbers. We have now added additional servers - happy updating 😊
@EasyKoni You are right - there is/was a hiccup in our map processing, but it should be updating soon! It is currently processing and in a few days, there should be another map update. We try to maintain a weekly map update schedule…
@tanusoul This is not optimal… and a good input! We will take a look at it - general problem with paths are: There are so many different attributes (surface type, width, …) and making a consistent signature is difficult. Do you still know the area of your trip?
Currently there seems to be a bug in iOS 13 regarding sharing / opening GPX files. We hope Apple can fix this or we find a workaround.
You can still import GPX files by using our free https://t.co/tgvct3QTq0 account: https://t.co/atoUOWnbGH
@mkflint It has to do something with bridle path, you are right! We once had a request to remove or mark them, so we don‘t lead people on bridle paths, but something went wrong it seems…
@filipbrocke Thanks 🙏! Yes, this is on the list for our next 3.3 release. We already built the bulk of it and are refining it (especially all the ways syncing can go wrong) hope to release it soon. But no fixed date yet…
@mkflint It could be a style issue (would need an app update) or a map-data preparation error (then we can fix it and it only needs a map data update) - not sure yet. Thanks 🙏 for reporting!
