Lebanon and Israel are currently signing an agreement overseen by Marco Rubio for a phased and partial Israeli withdrawal from some parts of the territory they occupy in Southern Lebanon, which they will hand over to the Lebanese army.

More details to come.

But remember, the only reason the Israelis will withdraw even an inch is because Iran demands it in their settlement with the U.S.

These talks are partly an attempt to undermine that and partly to take credit for something the Iranians forced.
