South Africa should be $10 000 GDP per capita by now with GDP of $650 billion. We lost potentially $260 billion (R4.4 trillion).

Things started going south after 2010? Anybody know why? Seems we didn't benefit at all from FIFA world cup.

We need to fix this!!!

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@Duplugged @rodcampsbay Not getting ass into anything. We have to balance the scales. We cant have minority owning the economy while majority lives on the periphery of the economy.

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@Duplugged @rodcampsbay So I must just accept this and move on? To supposedly appease your level of intelligence!!

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@FMFSouthAfrica @Martin_ASFL What persecution?

[EU in SA @EUinSA]

EU ambassador Kristian Schmidt defends the principle of BEE while urging flexibility, highlights differences over Ukraine, and outlines deeper trade, investment and security ties with South Africa 🇿🇦🤝🇪🇺

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@EUinSA Why people complain about BBBEE when their quality of life is still far superior than Joe soap?

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@Duplugged @rodcampsbay This is not 1880 where you will expect my level of thinking to be to your liking. The "ja bass" era is long gone.

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@SaaymanBarry Which harmful policies?

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@TrishStuth @grootdawid @rodcampsbay Really?

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@RenaldoGouws You think ordinary black people just walk around with no fear of criminals?

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@Lindels01 @grootdawid @rodcampsbay People leave all the time and move to other countries for better opportunities. Same way people come to South Africa for whatever reason.

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@TrishStuth @grootdawid @rodcampsbay And they come back too once they discover the grass is no always greener on the other side.

[#NhlanhlaSophaza | EV's @Mapentz]

@Lindels01 @grootdawid @rodcampsbay They have been leaving and coming back since 1994 sweetie. Its no anomaly.

I grew up watching Mr. Bean. ❤️

Before the war, whenever my family wanted a happy evening, my mother would make popcorn, and we would all gather around the TV to watch his funny shows. I was just a child, with no worries, enjoying those beautiful family moments.

I never knew his real voice. I had only ever seen him make us laugh.

Today, for the first time, I hear him speak about us. And for the first time, the man who brought so much laughter into my childhood makes me cry instead. 💔

Please listen to him carefully. The face I once associated with laughter is now speaking about our pain. I never imagined I would live to see the day when Mr. Bean would remind me not of the happiness of my childhood, but of the heartbreaking reality of what we have endured.

@TimModise I did say China will most likely be the first the bring driverless cars to South Africa. Forget Elon Musk!
