@HSBC_UK i have been trying to open a new charities account for over 6 weeks. It's a circle of infinity: live chat: make an appt in branch. I made an appt in branch. Told: you don't do that in branch, that someone will call me. I've chased this every 2 days for the last 4 weeks.

Instead of the usual Cenotaph ceremony, my brother Carl and I visited the graves of our grandfather David Bird (in pic), our dad’s, and our uncle’s graves (all veterans) on Peepeekisis and placed our poppies and smudged. They would have approved.
