yoshi-p: you've finished those new kefka animations for phase 3 of the ultimate?
battle animators: sure did boss, real fuckin sexy just like you asked
kefka:
@r0zemary_@chhopsky But you are correct that this is a PC game, and I can do something about it, as long as they don't break or disable the velocity buffer generation present on UE, I can add DLAA or FSRAA to it in an hour of work or less.
@r0zemary_@chhopsky ...Well, yes? But that leaves me with more aliasing rather than less, which sucks to anyone with eyes and taste.
My problem with this bit is how they proudly state not using temporal techniques, which to me is equal to saying "I just hate good anti-aliasing."
@GlowingBovine@chhopsky Well, you do you, but between an TAA that ghosts a little bit (especially if it's a modern one like TSR or DLAA/FSRAA) but removes most aliasing, or an MSAA pass that can only remove geometric aliasing and leaves any other form of aliasing intact, I'm always taking the TAA lol.
Interdisciplinary problem. I was looking up the name of a specific sword from the relatively obscure Arthurian romance Le Chevalier du Papegau and it seems also to be the name of an anime girl in a video game whom, I believe, you can date
As an IRL lawyer, yesterday's events had me giggling every time I read posts that claimed the terms of service are not legally binding as if clicking "I Agree" meant nothing
31 years ago, the Sega Saturn launched in the US along with Daytona USA. In case you’ve never seen this, here is Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, the voice behind the Daytona USA classic banger “Let’s Go Away”. Enjoy!
