@MichaelRosenYes My cat, on the other hand (paw?!), has loved us riding the couch and having a choice of cosy laps - though she does get peeved if we get a bit too exuberant in our celebrations. She’s going to so annoyed come Sunday night and it’s all over. Bring on the Paralympics!

@MrsSmawar @smileatacyclist The kindness and the fun. It’s gone. I miss what teaching used to be - the relationship building and soft place to land rather than so focussed on and the excitement of the children. The new demands mean children are finding things a lot harder and just don’t enjoy school. So sad

@pastelteacher I don’t find that to be problematic at all. I voted as soon as I got the ballot and haven’t recieved further communication. It’s worded perfectly politely. Pop your ballot in the post to help all involved in education. Simple.

I'm so concerned about the #NHSCrisis that I wrote to my MP Philip Davies asking him to urge the government to act, particularly on social care. I thought the voters of #Bingley #Saltaire & #Shipley would like to read his response and I do hope they remember it at the next GE.

So this week, inclusive LGBTQ+ fairytale picture book The Woodcutter and The Snow Prince by @MrEagletonIan. Sadly, it has incurred homophobic abuse - in unwavering support of LGBTQ+ authors everywhere I'd like to give away a class set of 30. RT to win + spread this beautiful book
