"United, with the door to division firmly closed"
Powerful words from a patriotic poem recited by HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai 👏
Key lines from the poem:
> "We are united, and the door to division is shut tight by our resolve.
> Let the aggressor’s throne tremble, and its pillars shake.
> We have become one man... yet we fight with the strength of seven.
> Our roots are noble... and when we give, we expect nothing in return."
👉What this represents:
✔️Unity is Our Shield: When a nation stands together, no threat can break it.
✔️Strength in One Purpose: As one people, our determination is multiplied.
✔️Loyalty Without Condition: The UAE’s giving comes from deep roots and true belonging.
This is the spirit of the Emirates: One home, one wall, one future.
I am proud of a leadership that embodies unity, resilience, and pride.
May God protect the UAE, its wise leadership, and its people 🤲

#Gold was up 1.5% on Friday and got back above the blue line. This is a positive sign and it could now get a bounce up towards the orange line.
Closing back below 4068 would be a sign of weakness and if it does that, $3915 becomes the more likely next level.
This bounce for the last 2 days has come from the buying that came in after $GOLD pierced the round number of $4000. These big psychological levels often provide a bounce but I still think there is more downside on this before it bottoms.
BUT, I do think the #preciousmetals are getting close to bottoming so they are now in an area where it starts becoming attractive and for longer term investors it is certainly in a buy zone.
For me as a short term trader, I'm not yet buying but I am not far off entering.

When Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab wanted to expand the Grand Mosque, al-Abbas refused to give up his house even for compensation. The companions also ruled that not even a Caliph can seize private property, even if for a mosque. Al-Abbas later donated it freely, choosing to teach the Umma a lesson in property rights
#Silver down nearly 8% today and getting absolutely hammered. It is now getting very close to the $54 level I have talked about for months.
This level sounded crazy to many when silver was above $100 but chart patterns do tend to repeat so I would always be sceptical of people saying it is 'different this time'.
I have just posted about #gold and similar to my chart there, I have now changed my buy level to a box.
I will judge the reaction at $54 but with #gold potentially having a lot more downside, I could see #silver dropping to the lower end of the box.

#Gold and #metals are having a big drop today. $Gold is down 3.4% and has broken below 4000 (at least for now). This chart looks bearish but even within this, there are key areas that increase/decrease probabilities of drops and bounces;
Closing below $4068 (blue line) is increases downside probabilities, or closing back above it is slightly less bearish.
It now looks like it will hit the 3915 support level very soon and I may close my short there.
That was the area that I said I would start a long at but I will have to judge it at the time.
On my zoomed out chart you can see the level I have talked about for months where I still think price likely heads; $3200-3450. This is where I will 100% be buying big. If I take a long at $3900 it would start as a quick day/few day trade only.

The $USD has spiked in the last few days and is one of the main reason the #stockmarket has had some bad days (along with bond yields). But whilst this feels like a big move, on the bigger picture it is still relatively low on the $DXY. It will likely confirm the breakout today above 100.58 and next resistance is coming at the white line (102.1). I wouldn't be surprised to see a pull back from the white line to retest 100.58 which will then be support. This would give the stockmarket a rally for a few days. Then a bounce higher on the $DXY would lead to the stockmarket correction I have been talking about.

Meta just paid 900 million dollars to hire one man. The 20 percent of an Indian fintech that came attached was almost beside the point.
Here is how you know. Meta gets no board seat and no access to the company's data. None. A check that size with no control and no data is not an investment in a business. It is an acqui-hire wearing a minority stake as a disguise. The man is Kunal Shah, founder of CRED, and he is leaving Bangalore to run WhatsApp for the entire planet.
We watched the same move a few weeks ago. Meta put more than 14 billion dollars into Scale AI and walked out with its founder, Alexandr Wang, to lead a new AI lab. A large minority stake, the founder extracted, the company left standing. Two deals, one pattern, and the pattern is the headline nobody is printing.
Big Tech has stopped buying companies and started buying founders. A full acquisition now draws antitrust fire at home and foreign-ownership and data-localization walls abroad, nowhere more than in India, where CRED holds a payments license and the law keeps customer data on Indian soil. So Meta bought the brain, took a slice of the equity, and surrendered the boardroom and the database on purpose. The firewall everyone is praising as restraint is the cage the deal had to fit inside.
Now the number that should stop every founder cold. Meta has more capital, more engineers, and more reach than almost any company in history. It has already spent 5.7 billion dollars on a stake in Jio. It has 500 million people inside WhatsApp in India. And it still moves less than 1 percent of the country's payments. Capital did not crack it. Distribution did not crack it. The missing piece was never one of the things money buys in bulk.
It was judgment. The ability to know what to build for a market you cannot read from a campus in California. That is the one asset Meta could not manufacture at any scale, and it is precisely what it just rented for 900 million dollars.
The honest risk is that it still fails. WhatsApp has been stuck under 1 percent for years against a duopoly that runs roughly 80 percent of Indian payments, behind a data wall and a coming limit on how much any single app is allowed to handle. Those are structural barriers, and no single hire has ever made them fall on command. Scale was not enough. One founder may not be either.
But the signal outlives this one app. When capital is everywhere and scale is cheap, the last thing money cannot build is taste. Meta just showed you what it will pay for the handful of people who have it.

The Miracles of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah
Dhul-Qa'dah, 6 AH
The Messenger of Allah SAW set out from Madinah with approximately 1,400 Companions intending only to perform ‘Umrah. When they reached Hudaybiyyah, the Quraysh prevented them from entering Makkah.
It was there that Allah manifested remarkable signs and blessings that would forever become part of Islamic history.
1. The Miracle of the Well of Hudaybiyyah
The Companions had run out of water. The well at Hudaybiyyah was nearly dry, and not enough water remained to meet their needs.
As thirst overwhelmed the people, the Prophet SAW approached the well. He placed an arrow into it, blessed it with his noble saliva, and supplicated to Allah.
Soon, water began to surge from the well. The Companions drank to their fill, performed ablution, and filled their water containers.
Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) later said:
"We were 1,400 people. Had we been 100,000, the water would still have been sufficient for us."
This blessing became one of the most memorable miracles witnessed at Hudaybiyyah.
2. The Pledge of Ridwan Beneath the Tree
When Sayyiduna Uthman ibn Affan (RA) was sent to negotiate with the Quraysh, a rumor spread that he had been martyred.
Upon hearing this, the Prophet SAW gathered the Companions beneath a tree and took from them a pledge of unwavering loyalty, even unto death.
This historic pledge became known as Bay'at al-Ridwan.
Allah Himself honored this moment in the Qur'an:
"Indeed, Allah was pleased with the believers when they pledged allegiance to you beneath the tree." - (Surah Al-Fath 48:18)
The sincerity and determination of the believers alarmed the Quraysh and contributed significantly to their willingness to negotiate peace.
3. The Glad Tidings of a Clear Victory
Outwardly, the terms of the treaty appeared unfavorable to the Muslims. Some Companions found them difficult to understand.
Sayyiduna Umar (RA) asked:
"O Messenger of Allah, are we not upon the truth?"
The Prophet SAW replied:
"I am the Messenger of Allah, and He will never forsake me."
As the Muslims returned to Madinah, Allah revealed Surah Al-Fath:
"Indeed, We have granted you a clear victory." - (Surah Al-Fath 48:1)
What appeared to many as a concession was, in reality, the beginning of a tremendous triumph.
The Remarkable Outcome
The wisdom behind the treaty soon became clear.
Within the next two years, more people embraced Islam than had done so during the previous nineteen years combined. The influence of Quraysh weakened, barriers between people and Islam disappeared, and hearts opened to the message of truth.
Just two years later, Makkah was peacefully conquered, fulfilling Allah's promise in the most magnificent way.
The Treaty of Hudaybiyyah remains a timeless lesson: Allah's plan is greater than human perception. What appears to be a setback may, in reality, be the doorway to the greatest victory.
اللهم افتح لنا فتحاً مبيناً كما فتحت لنبيك محمد ﷺ
"O Allah, grant us a clear victory, just as You granted a clear victory to Your Prophet Muhammad SAW."

INTERVIEW: IRAN WAR MAKES THE US DOLLAR STRONGER, NOT WEAKER – w/ Brent Johnson
Trump knew Iran would close the Strait of Hormuz, and this was always part of the plan. A closure of Hormuz is RELATIVELY beneficial for the U.S. and part of a broader strategy to control global energy markets, gain more leverage over China, and maintain American hegemony.
Santiago Capital's Brent Johnson (@SantiagoAuFund) explains it very well, I think you'll love the convo!
12 COMMON MISTAKES IN SALAH!
The Prophet [Pbuh] said:
"Pray as you have seen me praying."
[Bukhari 631]
Most of us learned Salah as kids. But small mistakes can affect your prayer. Here are 12 to fix today, with daleel....
In the Qur’an, there is only one deeply detailed story of a marriage (nikah)
And it’s not what most people would expect… do you know whose marriage Allah chose to preserve forever?
