Cabinet’s nod to pay up-gradation of Panchayat Secretaries & MACP benefits to Ladakh UT Lecturers (borne out of J&K cadre before bifurcation) sets a positive precedent. We urge Hon’ble CS @DullooAtal Hon'ble @ShaleenKabra to expedite a final decision on ACP for JKUT Lecturers.
