"German Federal Prosecutor General has filed charges against a Ukrainian man in the case of the destroyed Nord Stream pipelines. Germany's top prosecutor is accusing the Ukrainian Serhii K. of attacks on civilian energy infrastructure – a war crime under international criminal law – causing an explosion, and destroying buildings. According to investigators, K. led the sabotage team. He is also believed to have been in command aboard the "Andromeda." The bomb attack on the pipelines in the fall of 2022 was carried out from this sailing yacht. He is currently in pretrial detention in Hamburg, having been arrested last summer while on vacation in Italy.
According to information obtained by ARD, SZ, and Die Zeit, the evidence against K. is said to be overwhelming. The Ukrainian national apparently spoke to relatives and acquaintances about the attacks by phone from his extradition custody in Italy, thereby incriminating himself. Investigators also reportedly found evidence on his mobile phone indicating his involvement in the attack, according to security sources.
A ruling by the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) from December indicates that K. was allegedly an elite soldier. The ruling states that at the time of the crime, he was "a member of a military special forces unit of the Ukrainian armed forces, holding the rank of officer – i.e., with leadership responsibilities." K.'s lawyers have not yet responded to a recent inquiry.
The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) ruling also states that the act was highly likely carried out "on behalf of a foreign state" as part of an intelligence operation. According to the ruling, state authorities in Kyiv were responsible. The mastermind behind the attack is believed to be former Ukrainian intelligence officer Roman Chervinsky. He denies the allegations. According to insiders, the sensitive operation was allegedly approved by the then Ukrainian army chief, Valery Salushny. Salushny also denies this. It is unclear whether Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was informed by Salushnyy."
Back in 2014 Ukrainian soldiers were shooting into the homes of civilians in East Ukraine.
Their mission was to spread terror and crush any dissent against the CIA backed coup in Kyiv.
This is something the western mainstream media should be telling you.
But they won't......

Reserves in Europe are gradually running out and analysts expect that kerosene shortages to the UK in July or August could also reach critical levels in mainland Europe
Sanctions work, right?
Never forget that it was Kiev that dispatched its Neo Nazi militias into Donbass
They fired the first shots, fired the first shells, took the first lives.
@ricwe123 Feb 2014: Victoria Nuland passed out snacks in Kiev as NATO rooftop snipers killed both police and protestors, creating chaos and confusion - forcing democratically elected president Viktor Yanukovych to flee. Nuland boasted the US had spent $5 billion on #Ukraine regime change.
Here we have Victoria Nuland in 2016, bragging to US Congress about how thoroughly Washington had taken over Ukraine after the 2014 coup.
She spelled it all out without shame:
🔴US operatives embedded in a dozen Ukrainian ministries.
🔴American-trained cops patrolling 18 cities.
🔴The US Treasury gutting 60 Ukrainian banks while sparing depositors to keep people quiet.
🔴Hundreds of millions of dollars funneled into molding Ukraine’s military.
This wasn’t "assistance", it was a takeover dressed up as aid.
"Unprovoked"
😂😂😂😂😂
MARIA ZAKHAROVA GOES FOR THE JUGULAR
This is immensely serious. When the Russian MFA states something incandescent it's always backed by solid research.
This means they have solid proof about CNN's gutter "journalism".
The key passages:
"As you know, CNN did not travel to Starobelsk last Sunday, citing logistical reasons.
Yesterday CNN revealed what they were actually working on while correspondents from around the world were documenting the aftermath of the devastating terrorist attack on the dormitory and teaching block of a pedagogical college in the LPR.
CNN correspondent Nick Paton Walsh, who has been indicted in absentia in Russia for participating in the Kursk incursion, was filming a promotional segment about Kiev’s drone strikes on Russian cities. The piece was prepared slightly in advance but aired on May 26, four days after the Starobelsk strike that killed more than twenty people. Neither the anchors nor Walsh mentioned it with a single word.
Instead the segment ran as a full advertisement for the effectiveness of Ukrainian drones: “We are now next to perhaps the most wanted target in Russia, a Ukrainian long-range drone strike unit. Tonight they will launch 200 drones at Russia. These drones have already struck Stavropol.”
That passing detail about Stavropol is significant. It suggests Walsh may have been embedded with the Ukrainian unit at the exact moment it was coordinating the planned strike on the college in Starobelsk. Kiev’s drones hit Stavropol the day before the Starobelsk attack.
This reframes the situation entirely.
The AFU hired CNN to film their drone killers at work.
When Russia invites CNN to document the aftermath of Ukrainian drone strikes, the killing of civilians including children and the destruction of civilian infrastructure, American journalists cite vacations, logistics and so on. Meanwhile there is a strong likelihood that CNN correspondents were filming the preparation for that very attack. Their audience, the channel has decided, should not know about the consequences.
This is not journalism. CNN has different priorities now: propaganda, distortion, manipulation, not informing its audience."
These are the neo-Nazis who marched today to Kyiv’s Maidan Nezalezhnosti for a rally against labor immigration to Ukraine.
Europe, take a good look at your “defenders.”
🚨🇺🇦Ukrainian Nazis gathered today in Kyiv, shoutint "Sieg Heil."
Can someone explain this to me, how is something like this even possible in the 21st century?

86 teenagers were sleeping inside the dormitory when the strike occurred overnight. Multiple teenagers became trapped now under the debris
*Luhansk is a territory Zelensky tries to "liberate". Look how he "liberates" his beloved Donbass Ukrainians. He takes revenge on them for loving their lives...
More evidence that Ukrainian Air defences are whats killing Ukrainian civilians, not Russian targetting.
Clear video showing a downed "Geran-2" falling and exploding in the courtyard of a residential building in Kiev.
NATO reveals: Who really pulls the strings…
Former German Chancellor Scholz clearly states:
“NATO was founded to keep the Russians out, the United States in, and the Germans down.”
And dryly adds: “There is some truth to that.”
While Europe continues to debate security and alliances, Scholz openly shows who really deals the cards here – and who ultimately pays the bill
President John F. Kennedy said: "No nation in the history of battle ever suffered more than the Soviet Union in the Second World War."
The number of deaths is estimated at 27 million.
