BREAKING: Donald Trump is dealt a crushing blow as the New York Court of Appeals denies his desperate request to halt Judge Arthur Engoran's summary judgement that he committed "pervasive, widespread fraud in financial statements."

This is a huge win for New York Attorney General Letitia James....

Trump was hoping to to stay Engoron's preliminary ruling in the massive $250 million civil fraud lawsuit brought against him by the state of New York.

According to MSNBC legal report Lisa Rubin, the ruling "means practically" that the independent financial monitor is owed a "bunch of information and advanced notice about their ownership structure and future activity," which is absolutely terrible news for the struggling Trump Organization.

Now there can be no argument. Donald Trump committed fraud and — as Engoron stated so succinctly — it was this fraud that enabled the "real estate empire" that "catapulted him to fame and the White House."

BREAKING: President Biden scores a huge victory as a stunning new report reveals that clean energy jobs grew in every single state last year — including a whopping 19% in the American coal mining heart of West Virginia.

But it gets even better...

According to the analysis, the U.S. added 21,000 power generation and supply jobs between January 2021 and March 2023. The vast majority of this job growth occurred after August 2022 — right after President Biden signed the historic Inflation Reduction Act and the CHIPS and Science Act into law.

The number includes 8,000 solar power generation jobs, 2,000 wind power jobs, and 1,000 hydroelectric power jobs. Overall, employment in power generation grew by 7% — a rate of increase that seemed unthinkable during the pro-fossil fuel Trump years.

Crucially, this analysis proves definitively that President Biden's promise to America that creating a truly green economy will offset any jobs lost as the fossil fuel industry winds down.

As climate change worsens, green energy is becoming more important than ever. Republicans refuse to even admit that climate change is real. If they take back the White House, all of our lives will be in jeopardy.

BREAKING: Trump is hit with more devastating news as Politico reveals that “three Georgia Republicans who falsely claimed to be electors for Donald Trump — and are now charged alongside him in a sprawling racketeering indictment brought by local prosecutors — now say they took the steps they did because Trump, then the sitting president, told them to.”

This could not be worse news for Trump — because his co-conspirators just essentially accused him or masterminding the conspiracy to steal Biden’s win through a slate of “fake electors.”

The Politico report continues, revealing that, “In a series of court filings this week, those false electors, who became part of Trump’s last-ditch bid to subvert the 2020 election, said it was Trump and his campaign lawyers who urged them to sign the false documents, claiming they were necessary to preserve Trump’s flailing court efforts to reverse his defeat to Joe Biden.“

A lawyer of one of the three indicted Georgia “fake electors” even told the court that his client “was acting at the direction of the incumbent president of the United States,” and that “the president’s attorneys instructed Mr. Still and the other contingent electors that they had to meet and cast their ballots on Dec. 14, 2020.”

The other two co-conspirators told the court that they committed their multiple felonies “under the direction of the President Trump.”

That’s right, even Trump’s own co-conspirators have turned on Trump — and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ criminal case against Trump just became a slam dunk.

BREAKING: CNN drops Sunday bombshell, reveals that “Altanta prosecutor Fani Willis is now in possession of text messages and emails directly connecting members of Trump’s legal team to the early January 2021 voting system breach in Coffee County.

But it gets WORSE for Trump…

CNN says that “Willis is expected to seek charges against more than a dozen individuals when her team presents its case before a grand jury next week. Several individuals involved in the voting systems breach in Coffee County are among those who may face charges in the sprawling criminal probe.

Investigators in the Georgia criminal probe have long suspected the breach was not an organic effort sprung from sympathetic Trump supporters in rural and heavily Republican Coffee County – a county Trump won by nearly 70% of the vote. They have gathered evidence indicating it was a top-down push by Trump’s team to access sensitive voting software, according to people familiar with the situation.

Trump allies attempted to access voting systems after the 2020 election as part of the broader push to produce evidence that could back up the former president’s baseless claims of widespread fraud.

While Trump’s January 2021 call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and effort to put forward fake slates of electors have long been considered key pillars of Willis’ criminal probe, the voting system breach in Coffee County quietly emerged as an area of focus for investigators roughly one year ago. Since then, new evidence has slowly been uncovered about the role of Trump’s attorneys, the operatives they hired and how the breach, as well as others like it in other key states, factored into broader plans for overturning the election.

Together, the text messages and other court documents show how Trump lawyers and a group of hired operatives sought to access Coffee County’s voting systems in the days before January 6, 2021, as the former president’s allies continued a desperate hunt for any evidence of widespread fraud they could use to delay certification of Joe Biden’s electoral victory.

 Last year, a former Trump official testified under oath to the House January 6 select committee that plans to access voting systems in Georgia were discussed in meetings at the White House, including during an Oval Office meeting on December 18, 2020,  that included Trump. 

Six days before pro-Trump operatives gained unauthorized access to voting systems, the local elections official who allegedly helped facilitate the breach sent a “written invitation” to attorneys working for Trump, according to text messages obtained by CNN.

Investigators have scrutinized the actions of various individuals who were involved, including Misty Hampton, a former Coffee County elections official who authored the letter of invitation referenced in text messages and other documents that have been turned over to prosecutors, multiple sources told CNN.

They have also examined the involvement of Trump’s then attorney Rudy Giuliani – who was informed last year he was a target in the Fulton County investigation – and fellow Trump lawyer Sidney Powell as part of their probe, according to people familiar with the matter.

The letter of invitation was shared with attorneys and an investigator working with Giuliani at the time, the text messages obtained by CNN show.

On January 1, 2021 – days ahead of the January 7 voting systems breach – Katherine Friess – an attorney working with Giuliani, Sidney Powell and other Trump allies shared a “written invitation” to examine voting systems in Coffee County with a group of Trump allies.

If there is a unnerving thought that I have from time to time, it’s that while Jack Smith, the CIA, FBI, NSA and other national security related agencies…may know exactly what intelligence documents Trump had/has, and possibly what bad actors may have had access to them, they likely have no way of knowing, when, how…and by whom, this information might be used in the future, to attack or otherwise bring harm to American citizens and innocent people around the world.

This is what Donald Trump…a former President of the United States of America….has done to us. This is the vulnerable position that Trump was happily willing to put this country in for his personal gain and ego.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is rocked by another massive scandal as the renowned ethics watchdog CREW releases a bombshell analysis that shows he raked in $9.6 million from the Middle East alone while he was in the White House.

The shocking report comes as Republicans are in the midst of concocting "bribery" allegations against President Biden out of thin air as a pretext to impeach him. In reality, Trump was the one taking bribes through his so-called "side income" overseas.

CREW's analysis rips Trump for the "unprecedented decision not to divest from his business interests" which created an "endless number of conflicts of interest." He ended up "profiteering" off the presidency and "raked in tens of millions from international business interests during his time in office."

Trump engaged in shady business dealings with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Kuwait while president — and each of them had an easy way to influence his foreign policy by pumping money into his businesses.

This corrupt revelation taken in tandem with the fact that Trump's son-in-law received a whopping $2 billion investment from Saudi Arabia easily explains why the administration did nothing after Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince had journalist Jamal Khashoggi murdered and dismembered.

Trump was clearly twisting American foreign policy into dark knots to line his own pockets. His loyalty has always been first and foremost to his wallet.

CREW describes the $9.6 million from Middle Eastern countries as "just the tip of the iceberg" and said that numerous conflicts of interests are not present on Trump's tax returns.

"As the 2024 election creeps closer, foreign interests including those in the Middle East are already buying access to Trump and pouring money into his pockets," CREW warned.

It's time for the Justice Department to open a sweeping investigation into the blatant bribery Trump sucked up during his time as president. There is another indictment just waiting to be discovered.

BREAKING: Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell publicly humiliates Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan to his face in front of Congress.

It all started when Jim Jordan attacked attacked Biden Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas at today’s hearing.

That’s when Swalwell stepped in, calling out Jim Jordan by telling Defense Secretary Mayorkas, “Frankly, sir, I think you’re too nice because if I had a Chairman(Jordan) who failed to honor his own lawful subpoena about 500 days after it was submitted to him, I would say catch me ‘when you’re serious.’ But that’s not who you are, you take your job seriously even in front of a lot of unserious people. 

But Swalwell didn’t stop there, telling Defense Secretary Mayorkas that Jordan and the rest of the Republicans on the committee “are not serious people. They chide people for their pronouns. They obsess and display in the committee and in other committees a private citizen’s non-consensual nude images(Hunter Biden). We’re not talking about serious people. We’re not talking about people who are on the level.”

Well said, Congressman Swalwell. Jim Jordan is a disgrace to Congress — and a hypocrite of the highest order who has ZERO business attacking an honorable leader like Defense Secretary Mayorkas.
