Found myself in a tough spot a month ago after suffering 2 injuries this season. It made me realize I wasn’t intentional about my goals.
With playoffs coming up, I’ve raised the standard that I set for myself. The path I’m on is only gonna demand more — and I’m built for it.
In November, I set a weight goal range of 185-190 from 176, before the EAFL Season Opener (February 28). With perseverance and determination, I’m slowly closing in on that goal.
Currently weighing 183, I’m hoping to be about 187 right before the season opener.
