Airdrop $ZRO in 2023? The whole truth behind the #LayerZero rumors!

LayerZero is indeed coming out soon. But the facts of soon TGE are not at all what they write about! And here's why!

The Genesis event of the @tapioca_dao project, which is scheduled for November or December 2023, has been getting a lot of attention online lately. It has been linked to the mandatory pre-release of the $ZRO token, without which it is allegedly impossible to launch Tapioca DAO. It's strange that they're only talking about it now, even though the information has been out for a month. Here's a pruf from the CEO https://t.co/NB9QXXL0l8.
Also CEO Tapioca DAO said on Discord: "The Essence Genesis launch does not require the $ZRO token"!
So despite @tapioca_dao imminent Genesis this is not an argument for TGE @LayerZero_Labs. Myth number 1 is busted!

The next mythical argument is to buy an SSL certificate for the domain https://t.co/j65gRk6aZK. https://t.co/AX0v1tpMJt. Allegedly Arbitrum purchased an SSL certificate 2 days before the airdrop was announced. But it should be understood that registering a domain and buying SSL for it can happen even on the first day of a startup's MVP. Switching to the more secure HTTPS protocol is a recommended step, but not mandatory. In my personal experience, SSL certificate connection is often done at the final steps, but some clients ask for it at the initial stages of work in the web environment.
Myth number two is already better, but still doesn't make a genuine case for an imminent release $ZRO.

The third myth is that online activity is down. LayerZero metrics are rapidly going down. But the release of $ZRO and airdrop distribution will give only a temporary transient result for metrics. Unless airdrop is encumbered with vesting or seasons 2, 3... @LayerZero_Labs can think of a bunch of other activities to raise its own metrics. So this myth is also not a reason to TGE anytime soon.

The launch of @Polymarket betting with an expiration date through December 31, 2023 is also being attributed by some to the imminent release of the $ZRO. But it is worth to realize that this is the third time this is happening. Under the hype the platform simply earns funds and attracts an audience. Already twice there were such bets with other deadlines and they turned out to be insider bets. Obviously, this time too, this hypothesis should be accepted as a myth. https://t.co/FbWdUuSkAq

But then what does that tell me about TGE being in 2023? The main trigger is the terms for early investors who entered the project at $2.5B and $3B valuations. According to this private information, which has already leaked online as well, TGE should happen no later than Q4 2023. And by talking behind the scenes, I learned that there was no talk of a postponement at this point. That's the main argument for today on the imminent release of $ZRO, as there are less than 2 months to go until the end of the year.

And subtle hints at the end of October from ecosystem projects of the @L0_Corner kind add to the confidence in the imminent release https://t.co/OV1OSdXJ1s. Similar information was also posted by CEO of omnichain wallet Reunit Naïm Boubziz with the phrase "#LayerZero : Attention, you are being filmed by a hidden camera 🎥👀 No need to comment, no ;) ?".
