FACT: There’s never been any point in human history where the overwhelming majority of men didn’t actively provide security for & protect women IN GENERAL <— yes, even women they did not personally know or require anything of.

FACT: There’s never been any point in human history where the danger of the front lines (war/conflict, mother nature’s weather fury, mother nature’s wildlife fury, pestilence, famine, natural disasters, etc) wasn’t absorbed by MEN first. . .while women & children were protected from it as much as humanly possible. Women have NEVER been anywhere near that 1st line of defense. . .ever.

@gastromom Interesting. I think I was on Ambien at the time I had that surgery. Off now. Surgery is now stretched out. But I am glad it is.
