top spender events honestly need to be abolished. they add no credential to an artist’s career. those time would be far better spent filming their next project and attending acting workshops.

all these events really does is encourage excessive overbuying, with products going to waste at the end. they also fuel unhealthy parasocial relationships, where some fans start believing that spending the most money on an artist somehow gives them ownership or entitlement over them ((there are people who thinks that way)) they will think they are friends and overstep boundaries
