Let's have a real talk for Women's Health Week.
Raising a newborn is relentless, and smashing sleep deprivation together with crashing hormones is a recipe for burnout.

Breaking the silence around perinatal mental health saves families.
Let's make asking for help look like the ultimate strength it actually is. 🌟

Day 5 Topic 4
Courage Over Fear:
Why Pushing Past Screening Anxiety is the Ultimate Act of Self-Care
Let's have a real talk for women's health week.
Routine mammograms and clinical exams catch things years before they ever become noticeable by hand.
But fear and anxiety keep way too many women away from screening rooms. Pushing past that nervous dread is an act of taking care of your future self.
Don't skip your preventive check-ups! 🏥💪

Yes i respect your pov
But what i relally meant was this----
It doesn’t have to be one or the other. It’s a combination of both. Highlighting that somatic mutations can happen randomly removes unfair guilt for things patients cannot control.
At the same time, we absolutely must continue promoting healthy lifestyles to minimize the risks we can control. Acknowleging random chance doesn't mean ignoring responsibility.
DAY 5 TOPIC 3
When the "Baby Blues" Become Something More:
Recognizing the Signs of Postpartum Mood Disorders
Let's have a real talk for women's health week.
The 'baby blues' are common, but they should fade after a week or two.
If dark sadness, scary intrusive thoughts, or total numbness stick around, please, please reach out for help. You aren't alone in this. 🌧️
Stay healthy, listen to your body, and drop back in later for the 4th topic!
