Organisations have ethical obligations when they choose to use Social Media to engage with an audience. Why? Because they haveve the power to negatively affect individuals through the Organisation's extensive social media audience which, more often than not, spills over to 1/3

@Adi68@dimsie The usual - sexual harassment. I worked hospitality while I studied for years, including managing. Always - large group of middle aged YT guys bonus gross unwanted sexual comments. I work with whānau of patched members daily - never happens, always treated with respect.
