@disneyplus been on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes to deal with an issue with two subscriptions when trying to sign-up for the bundle. At this point I just want to cancel the bundle, but the option isn't on my billing screen.

@disneyplus .@disneyplus gave up after sitting on hold for 2 hours. You should be ashamed of this level of customer service. If the system can't handle dealing with bundling properly perhaps having more people on the phone would help.
