I had a very interesting day today, one of my real highlights was having a one on one with one of our top team leads, a young gentleman that is surely destined for a great future! During the conversation, which i might add was not an easy conversation he used the words i use so many times, “Okkie, you know this is the hardest route we are taking but that is why it will work.” It really made me think about our approach to everything we do, we dont build something for a quick fix or just to get something into the market, we build things that are sure to stand the test of time!
